About us

From the beginning of its operations, our tax law office is guided by the legal principle expressed in 1936 by Lord Tomlin in the tax case of the Duke of Westminster, which reads: “Every man is entitled if he can to order his affairs so that the tax attaching under the appropriate Acts is less than it otherwise would be.”

Mission

Our tax office is located in the very center of Warsaw, at Królewska 18, near the Saski Garden and vis-à-vis the Grzybowski Square, hence the name K18 Warszawska Praktyka Podatkowa. Yet, we handle tax cases of our clients not only in Warsaw, but throughout the country, naming all big hubs located in a relatively short distance from the Polish borders: Szczecin, Gdańsk, Olsztyn, Białystok, Lublin, Rzeszów, Katowice, Kraków, Wrocław, Zielona Góra, and Gorzów Wielkopolski. We are fully mobile, interactive and always at your service, especially in sudden, very difficult and multithreaded tax matters.
